Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy covers paid seats for Multi-Timeframe Mastery, Private Chart Coaching, the Weekend Chart Workshop, and prepaid coaching packs. It does not cover third-party software, brokerage fees, or products we do not sell.

Eligibility window

• Group courses (Mastery): Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first session. Between 13 and 7 days, a 50% refund of amounts paid. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable except as noted under exceptions.
• Weekend Workshop: Full refund up to 7 days before the workshop date; thereafter non-refundable.
• Private coaching (single session): Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
• Private coaching packs: Unused sessions refunded at 70% of the unused balance if cancelled before the second session; after the second session begins, unused hours are credit-only for six months, not cash refundable.

Deposits

Course deposits are applied to the lesson fee. Deposits become non-refundable inside the windows above once the corresponding cancellation threshold has passed.

Work already started

Once a group session or coaching hour has begun, that unit is considered delivered. Materials already printed and handed out are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Private sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if notice is given 48 hours ahead. Group cohorts are fixed; missed Mastery sessions may be replaced with a paid make-up coaching hour subject to tutor availability.

No-shows

Failure to attend without timely notice is treated as a late cancellation.

Refund process

Email hello@dataenglogic.digital with your name, lesson, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Exceptions

We may offer a goodwill transfer to a later cohort if illness is documented before the second Mastery session, or if we cancel a class. If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a free move to the next equivalent seat.
