By using dataenglogic.digital or enrolling in Data Eng Logic lessons, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book instruction.

Educational nature

Lessons teach chart reading methods. They are not investment advice, brokerage services, or a promise of trading profit. You remain solely responsible for your market decisions.

Bookings and fees

Seat confirmation, deposits, and invoices are handled offline after you contact us. Posted rates are informational. We may decline a booking when a class is full or when prerequisites are unmet.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, slide decks, annotated chart examples, and site content belong to Data Eng Logic or its licensors. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from them commercially without written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false enrolment details, or harvest contact data for unsolicited messaging.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Eng Logic is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions made after attending a lesson. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
